Beit Lahiya, Israel/Gaza Strip 2006. Israelis further infiltrated the Gaza Strip and killed at least 3 Palestinians with an air strike in the Al-Israa neighborhood of Beit Lahiya which was the scene of heavy fighting on Friday July 7, 2006. Militants armed with small arms and rocket propelled grenades had to fall back under the advance of Israeli tanks and attacks from the air.
Palestinians duck for cover as a missile attack killed at least 3 Palestinians only yards away. There was heavy gunfire throughout the area all afternoon.
